Looking back on one year of applying Lean to build Auchan:Direct's new website
One year ago, Bastien joined Auchan:Direct with a mission: build a team that will harness Auchan:Direct’s existing technology in order to transcend the user experience of their clients. Last month, they officially released Auchan:Direct’s new website. In this presentation, he explained how his team applied Lean principles from humble beginnings to great results, and what they learned along the way.
Biography:
Bastien Duret is the CTO of Auchan:Direct, the online grocery delivery service of Auchan group. He initially graduated from the French engineering school Ecole Centrale and started his career as a software engineer developing video games, mobile and web apps.
