Biography

Benoît Charles-Lavauzelle is the co-founder and CEO of Theodo, an agile web and mobile dev company created in 2009.
Graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and HEC business school, he currently serves as the production manager and promotes both agility and Lean within Theodo and by its customers. He ensures the excellence of the application of the methodology on projects by coaching and weekly challenging each team on every project.
As a certified Scrum Master and trained by Jeff Sutherland, his expertise extends more widely to agility and Lean methods, more specifically Lean Startup, the application of lean thinking to the world of web projects.
